Default My Necromancer Build

Ok now i'm going to post my necromancer build and i would like to know what you think So any critiscisme is welcome(no flaming of course)

Blood Magic:15
Soul Reaping: 9
Curses:12

Vampiric Gaze
Vampiric Touch
Blood Renewal/ Or any other skill you find suitable(if N/Mo)
Plague Signet (e)
Signet of Agony
Chillblains
Epedemic(if N/Me)/Healing breeze or other healing skill(if N/Mo)
Edit: Res Signet of course

So basically you cast Blood Renewal/Breeze run towards the enemies cast Signet of Agony Chillblains and then Plague Signet on Target enemy, then you cast Epedemic and have some fun with the 2 vampiric skills.
Chillblains and Signet of Agony dmg combined with the degen of Poison and Bleed causes some serious dmg. And after that combo you can also use the Vampiric skills to get your life back up and deal some more dmg.
The blood renewal/breeze is to keep the bleeding and poison from killing you before you can use Plague SIgnet.
I have tried this in Comp. Arena and i only died twice after using this combo, once because i had Disease on me too and the other time because 3 warriors were gangbanging me .

So what do you think? what should i improve? or is it a SUCK build?

It's okay, but try switching out Plague Signet {e} for Fevered Dreams {e}, and using plague touch or sending instead. I could see if you had 4 conditions on you, but you only have two. Fevered dreams is a lot better than epidemic.

Touch uses too much energy. Try using something like Barbed Signet, Vile Touch, Dark Pact or Touch of Agony. You might need Offering of Blood for energy, but i havent tested your build, so i wouldnt know.

Chillibans alone costs 25 energy, so I'm thinking you're going to be having some serious energy problems with this build. Can you actually cast all of those spells before running out even?

5 for blood renewal (10 for breeze)
25 for chillibans (that's 30 so far, 35 if you breeze)
15 for epidemic (45/50 now)

With vampiric touch/gaze sitting at 15/10 energy respectively, I think you're going to need to figure out a way to cut down your energy cost. Probably a LOT. You might want to look at some energy draining type spells from your inspiration line if you can spare the attribute points.
